This trio of juvenile delinquents are small-time snatch-and-grab thieves in the Akihabara District.
Appearance[]
One has short, blonde hair. The second had black hair. The third had longer brown hair. They're all teenagers.
Personality[]
They're nothing more than penny-ante operators who prey on unsuspecting shoppers and rob them of any high-end purchases, and later selling them on the Internet. They're cocky and arrogant, thinking they would never got caught and don't even consider being chased by any of the heroes.
History[]
Apparently, they've been robbing people for some time and use the crowds to hide from authorities.

BUSTED!
While Shuto was shopping for a present for Rio, he is distracted by the appearance of the Akiba Holy Girls and the punks take this opportunity to steal his bag. However, as they were gloating over their latest hauls, the Holy Girls find them. Luckily for them, they were spared a confrontation with an angry Ratman. However, they were not spared a beating from the Holy Girls. They managed to get away, but without their ill-gotten gains, which was returned to their rightful owners, including Shuto. One even shouted, "You won't get away with this!" as they fled, leaving the Akiba Holy Girls to comment on how cliche that is.
Though these punks are still at large, it is only a matter of time before they are caught, now that their activities are known to the Holy Girls and the police.

They're mostly small-time crooks who specialize in snatch-and-grab tactics and using the bustling crowds to cover their escapes.
